"I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how pleased I was with the service that was provided on Tuesday, February 9. I noticed that my heat was not working around 11:30 a.m. and called right away.

It was already only 65 degrees in the house and my 9 year old daughter was home with pneumonia. I was worried about keeping her in the house, but knew I would need to be there for someone to service the heater.

My appointment was scheduled between noon and 4 p.m. At 12:30 the technician was there and by 1:30 my heat was back on. And, because I'm a gold member customer, it didn't cost me a dime.

I was so relieved that we didn't need to be in a cold house any longer than absolutely necessary.

Thank you!!
